Effective Date: January 1, 2025 By accessing or using any of the apps developed by GABIN ("the Apps"), including but not limited to Machina, Fields, Dawn, Borreljebiertje, Symbols, Sips, Benoite, Voltic, New Tides, and Aveline, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Apps.

2. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.

3. User Obligations You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. You agree not to use the Apps for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Disclaimers and Liability The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Apps.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted with an updated effective date.
